The Bulletboys rocked for only a brief second in the sleaze-genre. Their only hit was Smooth Up In Ya,
which was an MTV classic. They have only released 5 albums, with only one ever going over Gold status. Fame was short-lived,
but their single Smooth Up In Ya will forever be a classic.

Led by former Ratt vocalist Marq Torien,
this L.A. metal band also included ex-King Kobra guitarist Mick Sweda, bassist Lonnie Vincent, and drummer
Jimmy D'Anda. Their style was strongly influenced by bands such as AC/DC and Van Halen, later going in
a bluesier direction. Torien's personality often drew comparisons to David Lee Roth. The group had a couple
of MTV hits off their self-titled debut but faded away after their second album. Song titles like "Do Me Raw," "Hard As a
Rock," and "Kissin' Kitty" give a fairly accurate impression of the band's worldview.
